This way all subsystems (client/server/pubsub) follow the same
nomenclature.

Failed UNIT tests caused an exception in the server loop, if the
server instance could not be created.

Jan Hermes 8b3b922def test(pubsub): fix encryption test for DeltaFrames 
With DeltaFrames enabled the encryption test failed. Appearently the
order of operations for setting up the server matters in this case:

addDataSetField must appear before addDataSetWriter!
