refactor(client): Refactor the endpoint and UserIdentityToken selection
...
This no writes into the client config. Instead the selected endpoint is
stored internally in the client. The UserIdentityToken is selected from
this endpoint at runtime.

refactor(util): Make EventFilter query evaluation left-binding
...
Only the unary operators (ISNULL, OFTYPE, NOT) bind more strongly (bind
first) and are right-binding. This simplifies understanding of the evaluation
order.
Compare with the following example:
SELECT /Severity WHERE true AND false AND NOT true OR 123 BETWEEN [1,2]
is the same as
SELECT /Severity WHERE (((true AND false) AND (NOT true)) OR 123) BETWEEN [1,2]

fix(examples,tests): correct Windows define
...
Checking for WIN32 only works by virtue of CMake defining WIN32, by
itself. The _WIN32 define actually comes from the compiler, so use
that instead.
Since these are examples and tests, don't use UA_ARCHITECTURE_WIN32.
