StalderT 33946dfb57 fix(server): require Browse for common attribute reads ...

PermissionType Browse permits reading every attribute except Value and RolePermissions. Direct Read requests previously bypassed allowBrowseNode for common metadata such as UserAccessLevel and UserExecutable.

Apply the Browse check to common attribute reads while retaining the dedicated permission handling for Value and RolePermissions.
