Zephyr enables few of the PSA, X.509, PEM and entropy options the plugin
needs. CONFIG_OPEN62541_MBEDTLS_REQUIREMENTS (default y) implies them,
for mbedTLS 3.6 (Zephyr 3.7 to 4.3) or 4.x (Zephyr 4.4 and later).
