Julius Pfrommer 302875c8ec fix(pubsub): decode metadata-backed JSON DataValues and delta updates ...

Use reader metadata for raw and verbose fields, reject duplicate and invalid fields, and require explicit delta frames for partial updates. Keep duplicate tracking on the stack for up to 64 fields and cover the allocation boundary and maximum field count.
