Fixes inability to cut audio
* Update Misc.vb
I wouldn't be surprised if subtitle cutting was also broken as a result of the change to ffmpeg, this fixes that as well in the same manner.

16x16 dummy video technically no longer needed with ffv1, as it can go as low as 2x2 px

Changed the default Log Level to properly display "Full"
I am not sure how to reconcile the differences between Patman x265 .exe and the expected parameters, or whether or not to do it at all since Vanilla, DJATOM, and Asuna are still in here as x265Type
