Fixing `--scenecut-aware-qp` parameter list per #891 Fix x265 Console Help! Changed the default Log Level to properly display "Full" I am not sure how to reconcile the differences between Patman x265 .exe and the expected parameters, or whether or not to do it at all since Vanilla, DJATOM, and Asuna are still in here as x265Type
