fix(OIDC): 修复 OIDC 登录回调后登录状态未持久化的问题

- 使用 connect 注入 dispatch，将 OIDC 回调组件接入 umi model
- OIDC 登录成功后 dispatch `login/changeLoginStatus`，同步更新全局登录状态
- 补充 dispatch 到 useEffect 依赖数组，避免闭包引用过期
- 导出改为 connect 包裹的组件

- 为 App、Config、User、Setting、ServerNode、ServiceInfo、SysLog 等全部实体类添加 `[BsonIgnoreExtraElements]` 特性，使 MongoDB 读取文档时忽略多余的字段
- 为 AppInheritanced、PublishDetail、UserAppAuth 补充 `MongoDB.Bson.Serialization.Attributes` 引用
- 升级 MongoDB.Bson 包版本 3.5.1 → 3.10.0
- 升级 MongoDB.Driver 包版本 3.9.0 → 3.10.0

feat: support jsonc config, map comments to config description

Parse jsonc comments with Utf8JsonReader and store them as Config.Description; write them back when getting/exporting config json. Accept .jsonc uploads and show the description in the import preview.
