Some Android TV applications use ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT to find a
file manager, while Amaze only advertised ACTION_GET_CONTENT.
Advertise the missing intent and route it through the existing
file-picking flow so selected files are returned to the caller.
Add regression coverage for manifest resolution and picker mode.
Verified on Android TV API 25 and Android Box API 28.

Amaze uses Wi-Fi APIs for SMB discovery, but Wi-Fi hardware is not
required for the file manager itself to run. Google Play can infer
required hardware features from permissions, which may hide the app
from Android TV devices that do not report Wi-Fi support.
Declare android.hardware.wifi as optional so Android TV devices remain
eligible while keeping SMB discovery available on devices that support
Wi-Fi.

Adds a STATE_WARNING branch to the validator lambda in
MainFragment.rename(...) so that when the typed EditText text
equals the source file name, R.string.no_changes_while_rename
is rendered inline below the field via the existing
WarnableTextInputLayout - mirroring the warning pattern already
used by mkfile() for hidden-file / .txt-extension suggestions.
The backend early-return + Toast in MainActivityHelper.rename
is intentionally preserved as a safety net for direct callers.
