- Decoupled MainActivityTest setup routine to become AbstractMainActivityTest for reuse
- Initial implementation for SftpConnectDialogTest
- SshConnectionPool added factory class for creating SSHClient instances, for facilitate testing with mocks

TranceLove ea846a56ca Add support for load default path on SSH server 
- SftpConnectDialog add textfield for default remote path
- SshConnectionPool.ConnectionInfo updated to allow default path on remote server
- Add test cases for SshConnectionPool.ConnectionInfo and list files on SSH server with HybridFile.getParent(context) as in pressing back button on actual device
- Merge SshClientUtilsTest and SshClientUtilTest

TranceLove 4c65e8bb6c SSH move/back navigation fixes 
- Fix SFTP routine template in HybridFile.forEachChildrenFile() to return true instead of null, to workaround RxJava's restriction that callable passed in must not return null, prevent app crash when moving file from device to SSH server
- Wrap exception that may throw when closing remote outputstream on SSH server into Log.w() to prevent exception thrown that might crash the app
- Fix grepping path for SFTP to fix back button navigation on server

TranceLove add032136f Fix renaming on OTG storages 
Fixes #1419, #1469

- Skip file existence test for OTG when doing rename
- Use new file existence test along with rename result to check if the rename is successful
- Changed HybridFile.getName() to HybridFile.getSimpleName() to indicate the purpose of getting filename with the mere file path

Tested with LG Nexus 5x running AOSPExtended (9.0).
