Fix PendingIntent requirement post SDK 31
...
As required by Android. Defaults to FLAG_IMMUTABLE per suggested in API docs.
Tested on Fairphone 3 running LineageOS 19.1 (SDK 32) and Nexus 4 running Android 4.4 (SDK 19).
