docs: mark issue 1.4 FloatButtonGroupHost lambda as already fixed

Browse Source 
The code was already using named methods (OnFloatButtonGroupOpenRequest/
OnFloatButtonGroupCloseRequest) with CompositeDisposable cleanup.
Update tracking doc to reflect actual state.
