chinboy 890ad7fd80 refactor(DrawerContainer): migrate Transitions from C# to XAML theme 
- Removed ConfigureTransitions method and lifecycle hooks (OnLoaded/OnUnloaded)
- Added ^[IsMotionEnabled=True] style selector with SolidColorBrushTransition for Background property
- Transitions now handled declaratively in XAML theme
