Chao LI 47c71f7224 Document: Update LoongArch SMBIOS specification 
1. Add chapter numbers to each section.
2. Add Standard Processor Additonal Information and standard Processor-specific Block.
3. Modified the LoongArch Processor-specific Block Structure, adding Revision and Block
   Length fields.

LI Chao 354b5d5eb8 Document: Add SMBIOS additional Information for LoongArch 
There is no standard table in the Type 44 in section 7.45 of SMBIOS.
It needs an external table to describe the additional information.
