wang-bin bc6fa240b0 Use my new D-Pointer technology. Add ffmpeg compatible api 
New D-Pointer can avoid conflicting with Qt's d_ptr; This is powerful
and more easy to use.
Compatible api is just at beginning. Update the older api to the latest.
