wang-bin 3e432a73bb add dxva2 decoder. still have bugs 
bugs:
1. memory leak
2. sometimes crash. can not open 2 players, or other players using hw.
Assertion abs(src_linesize) >= bytewidth failed at libavutil/imgutils.c:

wang-bin fbbe239b57 api change. repeat and position change signal support in AVPlayer etc. 
default unit is ms for all AVDemuxer, AVPlayer. previous ones renamed to
xxxUs and xxxF, in unit us and s.
AVPlayer: repeat(get/set/signal), position(get/set/signal), star/stop
position for repeating in a range. seek to position

wang-bin b4f3466efa partially enable capture on pause. 
TODO: now capture data are feeded only capture requested, and may be not
reached if not decoding. so first capture will fail if capture on when
player is paused
