docs: add Unity 7 workaround for missing Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces

On Unity 7, Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces is provided only as a
compile-time reference, so NuGetForUnity skips installing it, but it is
not available at run time in the CoreCLR-based Editor or in players.
Document how to add the copy that ships with the Unity Editor.
