Gert Driesen 710aa37bd5 Do not use Socket.Select on .NET Framework 3.5 as will not block when -1 is specified as timeout.

* Introduced VS 2017 solution
* Use MSBuild-based project for .NET Core.
* Removed Renci.SshNet.NETCore project from VS 2015 solution (as only VS
2017 supports MSBuild-based project for .NET Core)
* Added build script since MSBuild v15.0 cannot be used to build the VS
2012 solution (pfffff).
