- stripe active-read counters to reduce contention
- replace iterator locks with atomic lifecycle leases
- preserve deferred multipart drop exclusions
- keep cache hits outside active-read accounting
- add lifecycle, disposal, and read-count regression tests

Detect adjacent TryGet calls and prefetch configurable entry windows.
Use thread-local hint state, reusable block pins, and deterministic pin cleanup.
Allow zero prefetch size to disable hints and add integration coverage.

- Measure live profile inserts, point reads, email lookups, index scans, profile queries, updates, reopen, storage, and memory
- Run multi-engine benchmarks in separate child processes
- Add timeout handling with partial reports and completed-engine checksum validation
- Generate JSON, Markdown, and SVG chart reports
- Add Docker/MySQL setup and benchmark documentation
