* Adds thread-safe B+Tree. (draft)

* Sets B+Tree Lock Mode configurable.

* Fix reverse iteration split node sync issue.

* Updates benchmark result.

* Update benchmark configuration.

* Adds WAL sequence index to give WAL writes freedom to not be coupled with database operations.
