Darren Horrocks 69e795cb00 Fix UTMetadata assembling metadata pieces in arrival order 
Pieces can arrive out of order, but the old code concatenated them
as they arrived, corrupting the reconstructed metadata. Now the buffer
is pre-allocated to the full metadata_size on handshake and each piece
is written at its correct byte offset (pieceIndex * 16384). Duplicate
and out-of-range pieces are ignored.

Darren Horrocks 3a476fca87 Fix NullReferenceException in Connected property after Disconnect 
Disconnect() sets socket to null, but Connected read socket.Connected
without a null guard. Calling Connected (or Process which checks it)
after Disconnect would throw. Added null check on socket first.

Darren Horrocks 6ac974fc28 Fix LocalPeerDiscovery always reporting peer address as 0.0.0.0 
EndReceiveFrom fills the ref parameter passed to it (internalRemoteEP)
with the actual sender address. The outer endPoint passed to
BeginReceiveFrom is not updated by the async pattern. Using endPoint
instead of internalRemoteEP caused NewPeer to always fire with 0.0.0.0.

Darren Horrocks 9de17ee20a Fix UDP tracker scrape corrupting the connection ID 
BEP 15 scrape responses contain only action, transaction_id, and
per-hash stats — there is no connection ID in the response. Bytes 8–15
are the first hash's seeder/completed counts, not a new connection ID.
Saving them overwrote _currentConnectionId with garbage.

Darren Horrocks b82d3c50ad Fix UDP tracker URL parsing when no port is specified 
Groups.Count is always 3 (full match + 2 capture groups) regardless of
whether the port group matched. When a URL like udp://tracker.example.com/
is used, Groups[2].Value is empty and Convert.ToInt32("") throws.
Use Groups[2].Success to correctly detect whether a port was present.

Darren Horrocks d2e067782e Fix peer IP address endianness in compact peer format parsing 
BEP 23 specifies that IP addresses in the compact peer format are in
network byte order (big-endian). Both HTTP and UDP tracker clients were
using little-endian, reversing every peer IP (e.g. 1.2.3.4 → 4.3.2.1).

Darren Horrocks 1950469900 Fix bitfield bit ordering to match BitTorrent protocol spec 
The protocol requires MSB-first ordering (piece 0 = bit 7 of byte 0),
but both BitfieldParser and SendBitField were using LSB-first (1 << bit).
This caused every piece index to map to the wrong bit when communicating
with any real BitTorrent client.
