fix docker run command ( #524 )

the install instruction does not work with the provided commands. If the image is named "deepfakes-gpu" then this is what needs to be started with `docker run`. fixed that in steps 5 and 6.

fix install guide in terms of nvidia docker ( #525 )

there are several issues here:
1. I don't see why it would be necessary to install CUDA locally if we are using nvidia-docker. The huge advantage of using nvidia-docker is that we don't need to install CUDA locally
2. we don't use nvidia-docker so far :) So I changed that
3. I also added in step 4 the `-it` flag and the `--rm` flags which makes life a lot easier
