Wechaty is a Bot Framework for Wechat Personal Accounts which can help you create a bot in 6 lines of javascript by an easy to use API, with cross-platform support including Linux, Windows, Darwin(OSX/Mac) and Docker.

GETTING STARTED

Latest Update with Wechaty v0.17, Huan, July 2018.

1. Clone this Repository

git clone https://github.com/lijiarui/wechaty-getting-started.git
cd wechaty-getting-started

2. Install Dependencies

npm install

3. You are All Set

node examples/simplest-bot/bot.js

Above is a 10 minute video tutorial(a little outdated, it's running under v0.14 or older versions of Wechaty), which is a good way to start if you are new to Wechaty.
