* Move strings initialization process in to class constructor
Detect browser language and set it as Application lang.
* move the logic of getting browser languge from class constructor in to Lit `connectedCallback()` lifecycle
* restore the part of the code that controls the display of the onboarding settings.
* changes according to https://github.com/gramps-project/Gramps.js/pull/88
* Remove translation string assignment logic from _loadString() method.
* remove unnecessary comment
* restore renderContent condition
* rearrange imports as they were originally
* restore loading settings in constructor

* add new translations and fix existing
* add index file to handle exporting all translations so we can import them as a single line in string.js
* Added some plugins to handle json translation files.
Rollup now converts them to javascript objects during application build
* upgrade rollup to 2.60.2 to fix build issues
* Add more translation strings
