Alexander Bluhm 22e5e84525 build(openbsd): compile options 
Special compiler flags for OpenBSD are no longer necessary.  The
system compiler is now clang, and the default options used for other
operating systems work fine.  On OpenBSD everything is compiled
with PIC anyway to allow random address layout.  The current logic
was implemented in 4fbef71447 with
the commit message "try building as rpm" which makes no sense.

Add checks to avoid calling UA_calloc with param num == 0.
Because the return value of UA_calloc is in this case implementation
defined.

Jonas Green a0bb5be1c0 fix(server): Attach session to channel when activate it if no channel exists 
While testing access rights we got UaExpert to perform a sequence
that we belive the open62541 server did not handle correctly:
1. OpenSecureChannel
2. CreateSession
3. ActivateSession
4. Some initial browsing/reading that eventually failed due to
   limited access rights
5. CloseSecureCannel (session is now detached from the channel)
6. OpenSecureChannel
7. ActivateSession (same session id as activated in no. 3)

During the second ActivateSession the server failed the request
in UA_Session_generateNonce() as there was no channel attached to the
session. The session was detached from the secure channel when
UaExpert closed the channel in no. 5. This PR makes the session
attached to the new channel before generating the nonce.

Julius Pfrommer 287c5ad69b fix(server): Make the BrowseName of Nodes immutable 
The BrowseName is tracked in binary trees in other nodes for fast
lookup. We would have to reinsert the node to all references lists
of other nodes pointing here.

MartinaFelberFEM 6608c28ebf fix(plugin): udp - join multicast group to configured interface (#3505) 
If the PubSub connection configuration defines a specific network
interface (optional parameter), we want to set this interface not only
for outgoing, but for incoming traffic too.
